Long Term Care

Continuing Healthcare of Lisbon offers long-term care for those individuals who are no longer able to safely live at home. In addition to 24-hour nursing care, Continuing Healthcare of Lisbon offers our long-term care residents a full schedule of social and recreational activities to keep them active and involved.

Assisted Living

Residents at the assisted living maintain their independence but have the security and peace of mind knowing that someone is there to assist them 24-hours a day.

We are certified by the Ohio Department of Aging to provide services under the Assisted Living Waiver Program for basic assisted living needs. Please call (330)-424-5852 for availability.
